The Journey that led me here
All the titles I've held have shaped my identity: mother, daughter, student, step-mother, wife, ex-wife, sister, friend, coworker, leader. Initially, these roles seemed to provide direction and purpose. While many of them brought me joy, fulfillment, and a sense of achievement, the constant demands associated with them took a toll on me. Behind the façade of success, I grappled with overwhelm, distrust, and burnout.

My focus is on connecting with people, especially young adults, single parents, and those navigating relationships and marriages. I've found my niche in supporting Caribbean men, helping them break through barriers to express their true emotions.
Looks like I’m on my second lap in the marriage marathon (smile)! My first marriage went the distance at 12 years, and now I’m cruising through the second leg with a solid 9 years under our belts. I have one stepson through my husband, and I'm proud to be the mother of three adult sons from our blended family. We’ve encountered numerous experiences that have profoundly shaped my journey.
Outside of coaching, I treasure moments with my family and stay busy exploring new recipes, attending local events, and lending a hand to my husband's business. Life's too short for dull moments, and I make sure to keep things interesting!!
